Through this program, items are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners to our warehouse, where they undergo a thorough quality check by our team. Once approved, we’ll ship the products to you using the shipping method you selected at checkout. This streamlined process not only expands our product range but also reduces operational costs, allowing us to pass the savings on to you.
What items are Manufacturer Direct?
All products labeled with “Ships in 3-7 Business Days” on their product page are considered Manufacturer Direct items. All other items are in stock at our warehouse and will ship the same business day if ordered before 4 PM.
I have a mix of Manufacturer Direct and in-stock items in my order. When will the in-stock items ship?
Your items will be held until all parts are available for shipping. However, if you’d like your in-stock items to ship ahead of the rest of your order, you can email us at support@frozencpu.com with your order number.
What is the estimated delivery time for Manufacturer Direct items?
Manufacturer Direct items are expected to ship from our warehouse within 3-7 business days. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Occasionally, delays outside of our control, such as customs issues, may occur. If a delay exceeds the 7-business-day window, we will notify you with a revised shipping estimate.
