FrozenCPU Membership Rewards
Welcome! The following is a quick guide to enrolling in and accessing your FrozenCPU rewards. Rewards can be redeemed at any time for free products, shipping, and gift cards for purchases.
How do I enroll in rewards?
You can access our rewards system via our homepage. On the bottom right of your device (desktop and mobile), you will find a “Reward” button. Please click on the button to access the rewards panel. If you have not already enrolled, you will be prompted to do so. Alternatively, you can click on this link to trigger a popup: Membership Rewards.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points through activities or by purchasing items on our site. Activities to earn free points include following us on our social media channels, subscribing to our newsletter, or posting product reviews of previous purchases. We also award 10 points per dollar spent on the FrozenCPU.com site. The number of points awarded will change depending on incentives and at our discretion; however, this will not affect your previously earned points.
What are VIP tiers?
We unlock exclusive benefits and rewards as you earn points on your account. Rewards include free products and discounts on your next purchase. VIP tiers are automatically unlocked at 2500, 5000, and 10,000 points.
What can I redeem points for?
Points can be used for three types of rewards:
- Free Shipping: You will receive a special discount code for shipping on any order for freight up to $29 in price. You can choose the shipping method of your choice.
- Gift Cards: Cash in points for gift cards that can be used for future purchases.
- Free Product: Use points to get free items and loot only available at FrozenCPU.
Why do you use Gift Cards instead of discount codes?
We aim to provide you with the best experience, and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with promotional discount codes during sales on the site. For example, if we have a holiday sale offering 10% off a purchase, you cannot combine this with a rewards discount code you have earned. That’s why we’ve created gift cards, which can be redeemed and used anytime and can be combined with discount codes available at the time of purchase!
