The Cooljag BUF-A2 Intel i7 / i5 / i3 Mobile Processor Socket PGA988 Active Heatsink is a copper heatsink for the mobile socket PGA988. The 5000rpm fan has a standard 3-pin connector and has vapo bearings for extended lifespan. Pre-applied Shin-etsu thermal paste is already on the heatsink for easy installation.
